| Jeannie Cha | |
|---|---|
![]() | Mrs. Cha’s is the head fitness instructor at Gold Medal. Her passion for physical fitness began to develop after she began her journey as a mother. As a mother of three children, Jeannie understands the “crazy cycle.” She understands how emotional, physical, and psychological exhaustion can lead someone to allow their physical fitness to slip through the cracks, which only leads to even more emotional, physical, and psychological exhaustion, and on and on. Once she decided to end the “crazy cycle” she found that a focus on improving her physical fitness led to improvements in both her emotional and psychological make-up. Once she realized the impact this had in all facets of her life, she wanted to be able to serve others in helping make physical fitness a priority their lives. Mrs. Cha has been participating in “Kido – The Life Energy Workout” for over three years. She has also been training under Master Herb Perez in Tae Kwon Do and Total Defense for almost four years Mrs. Cha teaches “Cage Fitness” and “Kido,” and also assists/leads classes in both Tae Kwon Do and “Total Defense.” Her focus is to serve others to build a strong desire to develop and maintain a level of physical fitness that will strengthen all areas of their lives. |
